Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation

Please review our returns, exchange, and cancellation policy before making a purchase. We really want you to be satisfied with your order, and our policy outlines the conditions and the process for returning or exchanging items.

Exchange Policy

You have the option to initiate an exchange within a span of three days starting from the day you receive the delivery. To be eligible for the exchange, please ensure that the tags remain intact and that the product is in an unused condition. For reverse pickup and reshipping of the order, there will be a basic charge of Rs.100 that applies.Once you inform us, the reverse pickup process will be initiated within a span of 7 days. Following a thorough quality inspection, we will dispatch the new product to you. 12-14 working days will be required for the entire exchange procedure to be completed. For used/damaged/lesser items, KanyaKala reserves the right to limit/ignore the exchange amount. 

Return Policy 

2 days from the date of delivery is the time frame in which return requests should be raised. Unused product(s) must have intact tags for returns. It may take as long as 7 days for the reverse pickup process to be completed. Similarly, once the product is returned, it might take anywhere between 7 to 10 days for it to reach us.KanyaKala will issue a Refund Credit Note, but they will deduct charges for the courier and reverse pickup. It is important to note that KanyaKala reserves the right to restrict or decline refunds for items that have been used or damaged. The expiry of a credit note will not be present. Products that are defective or damaged, to get a refund or exchange for damage items, you must submit a video of the unboxing process. 

Cancellation Policy 

Before shipment dispatch, orders have the option to be cancelled. Refund for prepaid orders may take up to 7 working days, deducting shipping charges, in the form of a Credit Note. KanyaKala may bar customers from placing another cash on delivery order if they refuse orders for Cash on Delivery.
